The conference proceedings will be published by Springer-Verlag in the LNCS/LNAI series. Submitted papers should be prepared in LNCS/LNAI style and should not exceed 12 pages. All these paper are indexed by EI, and selected papers will be published by SCI/SCIE indexed Journals.
