WELCOME to editorial manager system for 2008ICIRA, our conference's on-line manuscript submission and review system. Using this system, authors can submit their manuscripts electronically and follow their manuscripts' progress through the review process.

The paper submission is divided into 3 parts.

1. Firstly, the abstract has to be submitted, and then the Paper Number and its corresponding password will be given in the webpage and be sent to your email at the same time.
• In this step, some contents have to be submitted including the paper's title, the authors and the corresponding email.
2. Secondly, you login with the Paper Number and its corresponding password, and upload your paper with Word or PDF style.
• When you login, the abstract submitted will be shown, and you can edit it. The page contain uploading item besides the page of abstract submitted.
3. Endlly, when the reviews are completed, you will receive an E-mail on the results of review. If your paper is accepted, you need submiting a revised paper for publishication.
   • Before the dead line of the paper submitted, you can modify the abstract and re-upload the paper with Word or PDF style.

NOTE:

• Authors need not to register at the first time. When you have submitted the abstract, the Paper Number and its corresponding password will be given in the webpage and be sent to your email automatically. Please click the "Register" button from the menu above and enter the requested information. Upon successful registration, you will be sent an e-mail with instructions to verify your registration.
• If you received an e-mail from us with an assigned user ID and password, DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN. Just login.
• The abstract and the paper may be modified before the date of "Submission of full papers".
• If your paper is accepted, you need submiting a revised paper for publishication. You can login with the Paper Number and its corresponding password created at the abstract submitting. Otherwise, you cannot login.
• All the papers accepted by this conference will be pulished by Springer and indexed by EI, and some selected papers will be recommended to some international journals indexed by SCI.
• All papers submitted should no more than 10M.
• If you want to submit more than one paper, you have to submit a abstract per paper, and you will be given a new Paper Number and its corresponding password.
• If you have forgotten your password, click the "Login" button from the menu above and select "Forget Your Password" at the bottom of the screen. Follow the directions and you will be notified of your password via e-mail.
